The employees were accommodating and very welcoming. The location was stunning, and the great breakfast was offered. I tried quick meals at El Merendero, within 500 metres of the hotel.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with spacious rooms that are great for families or larger groups. The location is perfect, right in the center and close to the lake front, making it an ideal base to explore the beautiful surroundings. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is good with plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, some of the rooms come with a terrace under the bell tower, providing a unique and charming experience.
No improvements necessary, everything was satisfactory.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic. Situated right by the lake and away from the main tourist area, it offered a peaceful and picturesque setting. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the center of town made it convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They were fluent in English and always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed with good lighting, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony or terrace option. Waking up to the stunning views of the lake or relaxing on the terrace under the bell tower was truly delightful. On top of all this, the breakfast provided was luxurious and could be savored in the beautiful garden.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.
